2025-2026 Registration Page SFOA Registration for 2025-2026. There are 3 steps that must be done for your completed registration. The current membership dues that was approved at the spring meeting for the 2025-26 season is $50. The Board approved the following for dues payment. Payment of $50 with the completed registration form and receipt of current State of Florida contractors Level 2 card. Steps to complete your SFOA Registration Pay dues of $50 through PayPal at the following link Send a copy via email of current Level 2 card to Alvin Jones Complete online registration form. NOTE – If you need to acquire a level 2 card, please see instructions on the Jessica Lunsford Act Information page. Your registration is not complete until you complete all three steps.
