SYFC Ejections

SFOA officials will report the incident to the SYFC executive board within 24 hours. SYFC officials will notify affected organization within 24 hours. SFOA official will file this report with the SFOA office. INSTRUCTIONS: Explain unsportsmanlike conduct for each offending person(s). Accurately quote vulgar language or profanity used. Provide first & last name and number of offending athlete(s). Provide first & last name of offending coach(es) and/or teams representative(s).
