Pinellas County Schools Jessica Lunsford Contractor Badge Instructions
The Pinellas County School District is now using Fieldprint for fingerprinting contractors and vendors who must comply with Level 2 Screening requirements as described in § 1012.32, §1012.465, §1012.467, or §1012.56 Florida Statutes.
Fieldprint Codes
For a full submission (fingerprinting and a badge), please use the code: FPPCSNETVVendorsJLA
For a badge only, (FSSR requests, lost or damaged badges), please us the code: FPPCSBadge.
Cost
The new cost for a full submission is $82.50. The cost for a replacement badge is $10.00.
If you schedule an appointment and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $10.00 fee. You must cancel/change your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid paying this fee.
To schedule a fingerprint appointment, go to www.fieldprintflorida.com
- Click on the “Schedule an Appointment” button.
- Select “Sign Up” to create an account as a New User.
- Select “I agree” on the Consent Agreement
- Fill out the required fields in order to create an account and select 3 security questions from the drop-down menu and type in the answers. Then click “Continue”.
- You will be sent a “Fieldprint Account Verification” email that contains an 8-digit code that must be entered on the “Verify Account” page. After entering the Verification Code select “Complete Registration”.
- Log in with your Username and Password.
- Type in the answer to your pre-selected security question and click “Continue”.
- Enter the Fieldprint code given to you by your employer/service provider then select “Continue with Fieldprint Code”.
- Select your correct code for the type of badge you are requesting. (If you submit the incorrect code and follow through with your appointment, you will not receive a refund. Please be sure to use the correct code).
- Enter the contact and demographic information required by the FBI and schedule a fingerprint appointment at the location of your choosing
- At the end of the process, print the Confirmation Page. Take the Confirmation Page with you to your fingerprint appointment, along with two forms of identification.
- After you have completed your appointment, please scan over the completed I9, clear copies of the supporting documents along with the FBI/FDLE form. If you are an independent contractor all that is required is either a current US passport or birth certificate along with the FBI/FDLE form.
